Description

Unquadral is the Systematic Dozenal Nomenclature for base dozen-four, which is decimal sixteen, hence hexadecimal. SDN 'unquadral' is parsed as 'un-quadr-al' for 'one (dozen) and four'. The circle is divided according to an unquadral logarithmic progression. The longest of the thick notches show the first level (1 to F), then the notches go down dividing by two each time. The thick notches are to the resolution of two significant digits (1.0 to F.F), while the thin notches go further down as much as possible.
